HOW PEOPLE DEVELOP RESILIENCE
In 2015, a team of thought-leading academics, clinical professionals, and former ministers of health developed The Resilient Mind Project to determine the most effective way to help people increase their resilience. The investigations, together with advances in behavioural sciences, resulted in the following list of effective resilience-building initiatives. Additionally Partners gain the opportunity to conduct online or in person workshops using TRM research findings on advanced nuero, social and behavioural sciences.
