BECOME A RESILIENCE TRAINING PARTNER

WHY RESILIENCE

The World Health Organization describes stress as the “global health epidemic of the 21st century”. Many of us now work and live in constantly connected, always-on, overstimulated and highly demanding work cultures where stress and the risk of burnout are widespread. Since the pace and intensity of contemporary life are not likely to change, it’s more important than ever to build resilience skills to effectively navigate your work / life

HOW PEOPLE DEVELOP RESILIENCE

In 2015, a team of thought-leading academics, clinical professionals, and former ministers of health developed The Resilient Mind Project to determine the most effective way to help people increase their resilience. The investigations, together with advances in behavioural sciences, resulted in the following list of effective resilience-building initiatives. They also discovered that in most populations, the portion of individuals who exhibit a readiness to change also experience the greatest outcomes
